That said—we’re not monsters. There are limited exceptions.

🚫 No Returns or Refunds (Default Rule)

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Items won in auctions simply because you changed your mind
  • Variations in grading opinions or subjective condition disagreements
  • Normal wear consistent with item descriptions and photos

If you bid it and win it, congratulations—you own it.


✅ Exceptions (When We’ll Make It Right)

Refunds or replacements may be issued only in the following cases:

  1. Wrong Item Sent
    You received an item that is clearly not what you won.
  2. Item Arrived Damaged
    The item was damaged during shipping and was not described or shown as damaged in the listing.
  3. Materially Mis-Described Item
    The item significantly differs from the description or images provided in the listing.

🕒 How to Request a Review

If you believe your situation qualifies under one of the exceptions above:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include:
    • Your order number
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Photos of the item and packaging (required for damage claims)

Failure to contact us within this window may void eligibility for review.


📦 Return Requirements (If Approved)

If a return is approved:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition it was received
  • Original packaging must be included when applicable
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
